Reject: includes code licensed under the GPL, and linked with OpenSSL. It's possible that none of the GPLed code links with OpenSSL, and none of the code that links with OpenSSL is GPLed, but it's not clear from debian/copyright. If you'd like to check this, and if you find that this is the case, please clarify debian/copyright and reupload.
