I just checked and currently I am seeing help for the desktop button. So
I imagine this bug can be closed now.
Better yet, convert this to a wishlist. It would be good to have a
message telling you to install the user guide when it isn't installed.
Otherwise, the naive user won't know where to look for help if it didn't
get installed. For extra credit - offer to install it directly through
apt-get :-)
