Subject: xbmbrowser is not globally configurable
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
X-Mailer: Mutt 0.88

Package: xbmbrowser
Version: 5.1-4
Severity: wishlist

/usr/lib/X11/xbmbrowser/xbmbrowser.menu should be a symbolic link to /etc
so the sysadmin can perform site customizations.

Moreover this addition to the menu should be made on all Debian systems:
item "CD X Pixmaps" chdir("/usr/X11R6/include/X11/pixmaps/")

And these would make using tkdesk nicer:
item "CD TkDesk Bitmaps" chdir("/usr/lib/tkdesk/cb_tools/bitmaps")
item "CD TkDesk ficons16" chdir("/usr/lib/tkdesk/images/ficons16")
item "CD TkDesk ficons32" chdir("/usr/lib/tkdesk/images/ficons32")
item "CD TkDesk next" chdir("/usr/lib/tkdesk/images/next")
item "CD TkDesk images" chdir("/usr/lib/tkdesk/images")

Probably the xbmbrowser package should provide a script whereby programs
like tkdesk that install lots of bitmaps or pixmaps can add or subtract
entries from the default global configuration.

Finally, the "q" key should quit; and PageUp and PageDown and arrow keys
should work as one might expect.
