I think I was wrong, the problem doesn't result from cdcd, but from the kernel linux-image-2.6.32-1-amd64.(or udev ?)Indeed, after installing the kernel linux-image-2.6.30-bpo.1-amd64, cdcd works fine now (including the sound)
