Hello,

When rebuilt in an environment with Python 2.6 as the default version, your binary package contained these files:

/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/zbarpygtk.so
/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/zbar.so
/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/zbar.la
/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/zbarpygtk.la

Here are the relevant parts of the build log:

| checking for a Python interpreter with version >= 2.3.5... python
| checking for python... /usr/bin/python
| checking for python version... 2.6
| checking for python platform... linux2
| checking for python script directory... ${prefix}/lib/python2.6/site-packages
| checking for python extension module directory...
${exec_prefix}/lib/python2.6/site-packages

The correct location of Python modules for Python >= 2.6 is
/usr/lib/pythonX.Y/dist-packages. In fact, packages shipping files in
/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages will break installation of
python2.6-minimal.

If you need help with fixing this bug, don't hesitate to ask on #debian-python or debian-pyt...@lists.debian.org.
