Debian in default configuration uses default include_path value.
So when we will try to append smarty path to default path we will end up
with cleared default part.

This is described in php bug (https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=53121).

I'll check how ubuntu deal's with it but I think that they are settting
include_path in php.ini file.
Meybe we should do the same before this bug will be fixed?
