the non-linux architectures have a different implementation for libusb,
available from different packages. The recent switch to libusb 1.0
caused a FTBFS since there is no libusb-1.0-0-dev.

As far as I can tell, the code currently build on all architectures
listed on
<URL: https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=garmin-forerunner-tools >.
The KFreeBSD ones are sadly no longer listed there. Because of this,
I believe it is time to close this bug.
