Subject: xaw-wrappers is too much complex for a user
Organization: CNUCE-CNR, Via S.Maria 36, Pisa - Italy +39-050-593211
Package: xaw-wrappers
Version: 0.93
Severity: wishlist
Once upon a time, xaw-wrappers was governed by a configuration file in
/etc/X11, whose use was not overly obscure. So, when I had problems with
some package, I could try to go there and see if the problem disappeared.
Now everything is much more difficult, and the steps involved are more and
more complex.
I think that xaw-wrapper should use something similar to what was used
before, in addition to the current mechanism. This would be useful both to
user wishing to sending significant bug reports, and to those installing
software that is not packaged by debian, but which does not tolerate xaw
replacements.

nextaw and xaw-wrappers are not in debian anymore (except for stable),
and so I am just going to close these bug reports.
