For the record of this bug report: Since the beginning of November I have been working on a set of scripts that mail out email notices about testing migrations and removals. Messages about individual packages go to <package>@packages.debian.org and to <package>[EMAIL PROTECTED]; daily summary mails are sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
For the time being I'm running this by hand each day while I tinker with its workings, but once it is stable enough to run unsupervised the idea is to make it a cronjob that runs on ftp-master immediately after the mirror pulse.
