control: retitle -1 PTS should not display patches for fixed nor blocked bugs
Hi, for example, http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?src=munin&include=tags:patch&exclude=tags:pending&pend-exc=done&repeatmerged=no displayed by http://packages.qa.debian.org/m/munin.html is pretty useless, most of these bugs are fixed a long time already. cheers, Holger
