No, <source>@packages.qa.debian.org never forwarded to <source>@packages.debian.org. It's the other way around. <source>@packages.qa.debian.org is the old PTS variant of dispa...@tracker.debian.org and is nowadays just forwarding to the latter. > Anyway, does the solution to use dispatch@p.d.o works for source NEW, > or for binary-NEW too? Ansgar asked me a few questions on this topic recently and he said that DAK was already mailing the maintainer directly so he would certainly just mail the maintainer + dispatch@tracker.d.o in all cases and never use <source>@packages.debian.org.
