When I wrote my message, the tracker wasn't even showing any excuse/testing migrations info at all. Not even that the package had to wait to go into testing. We deliberately removed "ALWAYSFAIL" failures from the excuses because they are irrelevant for testing migration if this is not in the package that tries to migrate. While I write this message, I realize we could/should leave it in if the failure is for the package that tries to migrate. (Wishlist) Bug for britney. Paul
