I'm trying to find the meaning of the excuses that are exposed on the
excuse page, as example, with lintian [1]:
Too young, only 8 of 10 days old
Piuparts tested OK -

Required age reduced by 0 days because of autopkgtest
Checking build-dependency on amd64
- If Piuparts is OK, why is an excuse?
- What is the required age?
- Checking build-dependency is due an error or is normal?
Are those cases documented in any place? I only find
https://release.debian.org/doc/britney/ but is brief.
