Bug#963887: UDD: 'duck' importer broken since 2020-05-25

Hi all,

I submitted #1042947 to discuss re-creating a UDD duck importer, using
the same model as the lintian importer.

@Baptiste: could you take a look? There would be a few changes on the
duck side that would make it much easier.
