That's probably something worth reporting to the uscan developers? At
least I can reproduce it with both devscripts 2.25.30 (testing) and
2.25.32 (unstable).

I can't really think of a way to communicate "PGP fails, but everything
is otherwise fine" without making things too complex.  The PGP failure
is clearly worth fixing, so I don't want to hide it.
