Package: kghostview Version: 4:3.3.0-2 Severity: minor Even with (almost) zero system load (i.e., kghostview is the only application running in my GNOME desktop), I notice that when opening a PDF document, when switching between pages or when zooming, kghostview is considerably slower (I get always the "loading" mouse pointer for about 5/7 seconds, for example here: http://www.ida.liu.se/~TDTS41/tdts41-03-application_layer_protocols.pdf ) than the other PDF readers such as gpdf or xpdf.
