Kopete is now being built from kdenetwork 3.2, and there
seems to be no non-relocatable code in libkopete anymore.

For the hppa build to succeed, we still need a more recent kdelibs-dev.
Last kdelibs build on hppa on the other hand seems botched in a
rather unusual way...
