kdelibs and their dependencies respectively are of version 4:3.2.2-1. "A
dpkg -l" shows every KDE component to be 3.2 (4:3.2.2-1 specifically) except
kde-core metapackage.

Yes, this is intentional. If you encounter a problem caused by this,
please file a new bug report on that.
