Just to say this :I upgraded kdelibs4 3.2.3-1 to fix the licupsys problem and got the problem described in the original mail. I then upgraded QT to libqt3c102-mt and lost the transparency. Now I've upgraded kdelibs4 to 3.2.3-2 and got the same behavior as initially.
