Package: kdebase
Version: 4:3.3.0-1
Severity: serious
Justification: no longer builds from source

If the source for kdebase is retrieved and ./configured, it will fail in
make with the following messages:

make[3]: *** No rule to make target `/usr/include/kbookmarknotifier.h',
needed by `kbookmarknotifier.kidl'. Stop.
make[3]: Leaving directory
`/home/michael/kdebase-3.3.0/konqueror/keditbookmarks'

make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/michael/kdebase-3.3.0/konqueror'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/michael/kdebase-3.3.0'
make: *** [all] Error 2

Most likely a CVS Clean will solve this. As the sources retrieved from
Debian don't have CVS information with them, it needs to be done by the
source maintainer.

If you want to edit files between unpack and compile, you will
probably want to use
apt-get source
dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot

instead of configure & make.
