Package: knode
Version: 4:3.2.2-2
Severity: normal
With a German version of ISpell there is the following issue:
If I misstype a word, e.g. "auck" instead of "auch" (=too) and select
the correct spelling from context menu the correct spelling will replace
some other letters several lines above.
I can't recognize a rule where the correct spelling is inserted. In the
same message the correction of a word in line 7 is inserted in the
middle of line 3, the correction of a word in line 10 is placed in the
first line.
Unfortunately no undo is available for such corrections.
If I select "Extras - Rechtschreibung" ("Extras - Spellchecking" in
English, I guess) to correct the whole message from the ISpell dialog
everything is fine.
Finally I'm not pretty sure if this issue depends on knode or ispell, I
found no other software installed using the correct-from-context-menu
feature. If it belongs to ispell I'll repost this bug over there.
Thanks in Advance! Michael.
