The dependency we can add, but I'm not sure I like making users run kwifimanager as root. It can be used as a network monitor without root privileges, and to configure a user's wireless networks it will ask for a root password when needed. The only problem I see at the moment is that it can't find iwlist, since /sbin isn't in the normal user's path. But "iwlist $INTERFACE scanning" will return information to non-root users. So perhaps a better patch would be to make kwifimanager search in /usr/sbin and /sbin, if it can't find iwlist in the regular path. I can't test kwifimanager too much without a connection, though. Let me know what you think. Cheers, Christopher Martin -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
