Package: plasma-camera
Version: 2.1.1-1

This issue was masked because I tested plasma-camera packaging only on
systems where gnome-snapshot was installed as well...

plasma-camera needs gstreamer1.0-libcamera gstreamer1.0-pipewire in order
to work correctly, those should be added as explicit dependencies

Kind regards
Marco
