Please don't have kio6 recommend systemsettings.
Calamares is one of the most popular Linux desktop installers.
Calamares is a KF6 app and therefore requires kio6. The recommends
leads to systemsettings being included on desktops that are not
Plasma. This includes every Debian Live desktop image (except for the
GNOME image which has a temporary workaround to avoid that).
Ubuntu's kio6 only suggests systemsettings.
I suggest also removing kio's recommends of systemsettings too.
