The kdeplasmoids[-data] packages have been renamed to kdeplasma-addons[-data] in 4.1 (upstream). These new packages conflict/replace kdeplasmoids[-data] and are required by the kde4 meta-package, the recommended installation method. (By the way, you should install them to get more plasmoids) In unstable/testing, we would have added a transition package, but experimental is meant to be broken :) Sorry for the inconvenience anyway.
