Hi again, Thanks to the help of a guy in irc, I have tracked down the issue to be caused by the package "capplets-data". That package installs the file /usr/share/applications/keyboard.desktop, which has the same name as the keyboard.desktop shipped by kde and also it has a "OnlyShowIn=GNOME" entry. So, when the corresponding kdelibs code tries to find the "keyboard" module, it looks first in /usr/share/applications and finds this file instead of the one in /usr/share/kde4/services/. Then it reads the "OnlyShowIn=GNOME" entry and it refuses to load the module.
Unfortunately, I have no idea what would be the proper solution to solve this problem. As a temporary workaround, you can uninstall capplets-data (which will probably uninstall most gnome-related packages, though). -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-qt-kde-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
