Package: kdm
Version: 4:3.5.5a.dfsg.1-5
Severity: normal
When /etc/kde3/kdm/kdmrc has ReserveServers commented out, genkdmconf inserts
a value (something like :1,:2,:3, but I don't have it with me) other than the
documented default, which is "". The result for me was that upon upgrade to
the latest version in etch, my kdm failed to start. Besides being inconvenient
to track down, this change made on December 11, 2006 to add customization
support
results in the kdmrc file not behaving as its comments document.
