It's the same here: korganizer seemes to be unable to add or use a file-resource-calendar (something.ics) after upgrade.
In the conig-file ~/.kde/share/config/kresources/calendar/stdrc my formerly added resource-calendar-files are registered but not shown in korganizer and can't be readded.
