Dear Shai, dear maintainers yes, i can confirm this. (My message is in German though). Kmail2 seem to run fine except the notification you mentionened.
I migrated 3 computer from kmail1 to kmail2, all got the same effect. One of the two 32-bit computers got additional problems with akonadi start. It took me hours, to get akonadi started. After that, the migration worked. Information for the maintainer: additionally to my ~/Mail structue, I get 3 new folders below Kmail-Folder -> draft, queue and sent. Do not know, if they are necessary. If I delete them, they are created again. Your bug can be forced, when you are marking the Kmail-Folder, then doing File -> Initialise Folder and subfolder. (Sorry, I have a German system, so here it is called "Datei" -> "Den Ordner und seine Unterordner initialisieren", which is done with STRG + F5 (= CTRL + F5). I do not know, if this is also important and related to it: From time to time, a windows pops up, and wants me to enter the password for my mailaccount. Although I have kwallet running, and the password is correct, kmail is asking again and again. To get rid of this, I entered the (already) correct password again, but this changed nothing. All my systems here are debian/jessie, 2 x 32-bit and 2 x 64-bit. All systems are on identical software versions. I do very often updates, so, if you got updates, I can test them and report very fast (within 24 hours, as I have to go to work at day). Please feel free to ask me for tests. If you want to send me packages, I should install for testing purposes, you are welcome. Thanks for your help!
