I see that various packages are at version 5.22.x while others are at 5.23.x. What happens if you upgrade those packages to the 5.23.x version, available in sid/unstable? The following query should help narrowing down the list of packages to upgrade: aptitude search '?narrow(~i,~V5.22)' (it probably also includes some perl packages though)
