I wanted to use KDE Plasma as DE; instead MATE was pulled in and showed up as default. According to the postinst script /usr/bin/startkde provides 'x-session-manager' via update-alternatives. But, x-session-manager is missing as 'Provides:' in debian/control. Please add it. Wolfgang
