They are dependencies for berkshelf dependencies. And review and upload to experimental new upstream version of ruby-httpclient. Then if your package depends on ruby-httpclient please try it with this new version. I tried to rebuild some packages to run their testsuite but ruby-webmock's testsuite needs to be updated for rspec3 (or it should be updated to 0.21) and rhc and mickutter have no testsuites (or don't run it).
