This is already available as ruby-whitequark-parser (named to avoid conflict with ruby-ruby-parser). Since ruby-parser is now ruby-ruby-parser may be we can rename this package to ruby-parser or add Provides: ruby-parser https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/ruby-whitequark-parser
