Нельзя делать симлинки на заголовки в исходниках ядра. Если для компиляции программы необходимы заголовки ядра, то для этого устанавливаются заголовки ядра, с которыми компилировалась установленная в системе GLIBC. Реальные заголовки ядра нужны только для компиляции его модулей.
