I very much doubt that will fix it. Both RC2 and the current "pre RC3" install without problems on the self-compiled Hercules 3.02 I run on my Toshiba Satellite A40 (Pentium 4) laptop. I also successfully installed RC2 several times on a self-compiled Hercules 3.01. Cheers, FJP
