So, with 2020.03+dfsg1-1 uploaded (which contains the Build-Depends on libqt5opengl5-desktop-dev, as appears to be the intended behavior), I still see the following on https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/meshlab:
Migration status for meshlab (- to 2020.03+dfsg1-1): BLOCKED: Rejected/violates migration policy/introduces a regression Issues preventing migration: meshlab unsatisfiable Build-Depends(-Arch) on armel: libqt5opengl5- desktop-dev meshlab unsatisfiable Build-Depends(-Arch) on armhf: libqt5opengl5- desktop-dev Using Debian code-search, I've looked for other packages with that build-dep, and all of the ones I've looked at have "any" as their binary architecture, just like meshlab - they don't explicitly list all non-armel+armhf arches. (Have looked at openms, doomsday, krita, qwtplot3d, enki-aseba, dustrac, deepin-movie-reborn, fracplanet) Does someone need to authorize some override to allow migration into testing? (Given the lack of desktop OpenGL, I don't expect meshlab to be buildable for armel/armhf any time soon.)
