The rebuild of dolfinx against PETSc 3.16 has started showing a debci failure in the python MPI unit test failure test_sub_bbtree_box (in python/test/unit/geometry/test_bounding_box_tree.py). The failure is not consistent. It can be reproduced directly from the geometry test dir (copy dolfinx_utils into it first), with mpirun -n 2 python3 -mpytest test_bounding_box_tree.py But while that reproduces the failure, it does not *always* reproduce it. Sometimes the test passes.
