Hi Rupert,

I do not clearly remember for what reason I once sponsored the package
luasseq but somehow I was involved in uploading.  Since I do not have
the slightest idea about Lua I can not help fixing this problem.  It
seems you are not really comfortable with the bug tracking system since
you did not minded responding to the bug report.

I fixed some packaging issues in Git

   git://git.debian.org/git/debian-science/packages/luasseq.git

and simply can confirm that the package does not build.

Please try to care for the package otherwise I would recommend removing
it again from the distribution (since it never made it into any stable
release and seems to be unmaintained).
