Dear Maintainer,
the file openturns-1.3rc1/lib/src/Base/Func/SpecFunc/dcdflib.cxx contains
functions from ACM transactions.
According to openturns-1.3rc1/lib/COPYING.dcdflib they may not be used in
commercial products:
"General permission to copy and distribute the algorithm without fee is
granted provided that the copies are not made or distributed for direct
commercial advantage."
Can you please check with upstream that the LGPL license in the header of
dcdflib.cxx is really valid.
