There is only one tiny patch to gmp in this version: to disable one bit of assembly in arm/thumb; c.f. #742814. So this issue is either an upstream bug or a usage problem. I can't tell which, so I suggest you contact upstream with all the required information https://gmplib.org/#BUGREPORTS One of the items required will be a complete self-contained program, which you almost provided.
