Thanks for the report.  I guess it makes sense considering armci-mpi is
a reimplementation oft the libarmci.a library in GA.

The mid-term plan is to build GA against libarmci-dev, I guess we
should remove or rename the internal libarmci.a (plus its headers) from
libga-dev.
