This is a common misunderstaning of the way the BTS work: the BTS
forward email to xxx@bugs.d.o to the maintainer but never to the
submitter, so the maintainer should always be CCed.
When a bug is closed, the BTS send an aknowledgement to the submitter
that include a copy of the email, but this is less friendly and readable
than receiving it directly from the sender.
