I've commited a patch for bug #820797 to Git which removes the non-free code (not yet adding the missing licenses but this should be cheap). I'm honestly wondering whether somebody cares about clhep and related software in Debian Science and how much it is worth spending time on fixing the most urgent issues. I was not able to upload the patch since the test suite fails: ...
