Package: libcv-dev
Version: 2.3.1-10
Severity: important

libcv-dev transition package should also depend on libopencv-dev as that is
now where the CMake configuration files are located.

This has caused digikam to FTBFS (Bug #674325).

Closing this bug.
It's clearly not going to be fixed, and in 4+ years package have been
adopted. Besides, the experimental version already drops libcd-dev, so
making the whole point of this bug completely moot.
