Package: blacs-mpi-test
Version: 1.1-31
Dear maintainers,
The test command
$ mpirun -np 4 /usr/lib/blacs/cblacs_test_shared-openmpi
failed due to the error
>>> *** Process received signal ***
>>> Signal: Segmentation fault (11)
>>> Signal code: Address not mapped (1)
This error seems to be filed as a bug in Ubuntu, too.
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/blacs-mpi/+bug/914769
If you have time, could you check the details?
I am using Debian/testing and openmpi-bin(1.4.3-2.1).
The other following executables work properly.
fblacs_test_shared-openmpi,fblacs_test_static-openmpi
cblacs_test_static-openmpi

cblacs_test_shared-openmpi is running successfully in 1.1-40.
I suspect this bug was fixed in 1.1-31.4 with the -DUseMpi2 option
applied for #714583.
Closing this bug now (obviously reopen if pain persists).
/Drew
