Hi,
gflags changed the SONAME, so caffe-contrib needs a rebuild to pick up the
new package name. A binNMU isn't possible given caffe-contrib is in contrib.
Severity serious as the package will be removed from testing if this doesn't
happen.

Uploaded a manual binNMU for amd64 that is built against libgflags2.2.
Please open a new bug if more is needed.
