Package: freefem++ Version: 3.47+dfsg1-2 Severity: normal freefem++ Build-Depends: libhypre-dev, and checks for hypre during configure.
But in the rest of the build HYPRE is not actually used. There are files that include hypre headers in src/solver and in examples++-mpi, but the examples build doesn't invoke the hypre files. src/solver isn't being used at all. I'm not sure if it means the configure or Makefile.am settings should be patched, or if Build-Depends: libhypre-dev should just be removed. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.14.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages freefem++ depends on: ii freeglut3 2.8.1-3 ii libarpack2 3.5.0+real-1 ii libatlas3-base [libblas.so.3] 3.10.3-5 ii libblas3 [libblas.so.3] 3.7.1-4 ii libc6 2.25-3 ii libgcc1 1:7.2.0-17 ii libgl1 1.0.0-1 ii libglu1-mesa [libglu1] 9.0.0-2.1 ii libhdf5-100 1.10.0-patch1+docs-4 ii libopenblas-base [libblas.so.3] 0.2.20+ds-4 ii libopenmpi2 2.1.1-7 ii libstdc++6 7.2.0-17 ii libumfpack5 1:4.5.6-1 freefem++ recommends no packages. freefem++ suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- debian-science-maintainers mailing list debian-science-maintainers@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/debian-science-maintainers
