Hi, during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from 'stable'. It installed fine in 'stable', then the upgrade to 'sid' fails because it tries to overwrite other packages files. >From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...): Selecting previously unselected package python-backports.tempfile. Preparing to unpack .../python-backports.tempfile_1.0-1_all.deb ... Unpacking python-backports.tempfile (1.0-1) ... dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/python-backports.tempfile_1.0-1_all.deb (--unpack): trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/backports/__init__.py', which is also in package python-backports-shutil-get-terminal-size 1.0.0-3 Errors were encountered while processing: /var/cache/apt/archives/python-backports.tempfile_1.0-1_all.deb I don't think Breaks+Replaces is the correct approach to handle this very generic file name. cheers, Andreas
