Justification: fails to build from source

The build of r-cran-utf8 for m68k (admittedly not a release
architecture) failed:

  Error in if (any(i)) x[i] <- paste0(x[i], "\n", indentString) :
    missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed
  ERROR: installing package indices failed

This is the same mysterious error message as with r-cran-git2r, just
in a different context; there may well be a bug in R itself here.

Could you please take a look?

Thanks!
