I don't think Radical Eye has copyright here the whole file in the eps file is:

Seems like they have copyright on the tool used for creation, but not here.
Uni Bonn is below add_ons/grape which is deactivated for Debian with
--without-grape.
Kohm Nakashima and Radical Eye have copyright in doc. That is also not part
of any binary package currently.
The rest should now be fixed on salsa.
